Keeping it going with a /signed! I'm generally happy with my characters' appearances because I tend to choose carefully, but one of them is a roleplay character who's constantly changing her hair color/style, and I'd be willing to sink gold into letting her do that. XD

Before I didn't care about my warrior's hair because he would always have a helmet, but with the new helms in GWEN like the Blindfold or Glasses, it would be nice to make him not look ridiculous with his flat top hair.

k I love this idea and /sign and /sign again and again...now here's another funny thing... since we're basically talking about customization of your character, why not go all the way to even your name? Just recently, I emailed anet and this is their response...
Hello,
Thank you for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team.
The ability to change the name of your characters in Guild Wars is a feature that we are considering as an addition to the game, but is not an option at this time. (The only exceptions to this are characters with names that violate our User Agreement or Rules of Conduct. Such characters must be renamed by their players with an automated name violations tool, or the character must be deleted.)
If a name-change feature is something you would like to see as part of the Guild Wars service, then we encourage you to share your suggestions on one of the many Guild Wars fansite message boards. A listing of forums and fansites can be found within the Community section of the official Guild Wars website at: http://www.guildwars.com/community/fansites/. By posting on a fansite message board, other players can comment on your ideas, concerns, and suggestions, which will allow Development Team members to monitor the feedback and gauge what the community wants to see in Guild Wars in the future. Fansite forums are an efficient way for us to obtain feedback from fans and to discern how players feel Guild Wars could be made even better.
Please contact us again if you have further questions.
Kind regards,
The Guild Wars Support Team
so since this is about customization, I think we can include name change as part of this petition yeah?

I think maybe make it it's own thread, Gatorade. Otherwise we may have people with a split vote between hairstylists and name changes, which would make it more cumbersome for Anet to sift through and try to figure out how each person voted in regards to those two topics.

Yet nothing has happened, no response from Gaile or anyone else. Sure it's not as serious a concern as others, but those haven't been responded to either.
They're not reading, and if they are they don't care, because they look at their paychecks and say "why bother?"

I Deleted my Factions ranger that had a 3 sets of 15K, a few expensive green bows customized to her (namely Urgoz's Longbow and Drago's Flatbow) just when NF came out because I fancied the new hair over the hair I had for her in Factions...
I remember having read a reply from ANet saying there's no way for them to implement a system that works on a per-player basis.
I also remember reading here on Guru, someone suggested that hair style change could possibly be implemented in the forms of "headgear" like how some festival hats replace a character's hair completely... so why is it not possible to turn those hats into hairstyles? I forgot who suggested that, but credits to her/him.
So I'm hoping to hear something about this soon... even if its bad news. I want to find out before I stupidly delete another character just to later find out that they've decided to implement the feature.
